The typical turnaround time for a bespoke wedding dress is 2-5 months from the initial consultation to final delivery. This allows time for design and any necessary alterations. If your wedding is sooner than 6 months away, contact us - we'll do our best to assist with your timeline.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, any additional payments made will be refunded, minus any work already completed on the dress.

Absolutely, we understand that your vision may evolve. Minor design changes can typically be accommodated, but please note that significant changes may incur additional fees.

We require a 50% deposit to begin work on your dress. The remaining balance is due prior to your shipping out date. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer through Paypal. You may also choose to Venmo us.
