During the call, we'll cover topics like: the overall bespoke design process, pricing and payment options, timing and shipping details for your custom dress.
02. Set up a call
We'll follow up with a detailed email summarizing our discussion. This will include: a quote for your custom wedding dress, an overview of the bespoke design process, estimated timeline for delivery. Once you've reviewed the information and authorized payment, we'll begin the collaborative process of bringing your dream dress to life.
03. Confirmation Email
After your initial payment, we'll provide detailed instructions for taking your precise measurements at home. This ensures we have the exact specifications to create your custom wedding gown. Once you submit your finalized measurements, our skilled team will review them and begin work on your order.
04. Measurement
Once we have your measurements, our team will craft your custom wedding dress. We will provide an estimated completion timeline upfront, so you know when to expect your dress. Upon product completion, we'll send you updates with images and videos. Before shipping, we will reconfirm your delivery address and also provide you with a tracking number, so you can easily monitor the status of your package.
